Emersa : Women in tech Highlighting emerging technologies

Empowering Women in Tech: Highlighting Emerging Technologies.

The tech industry has long been criticized for its lack of diversity and inclusion. However, a recent event sponsored by Coinstore.com and Blockchain Sensei held at the DLT Hub in London on International Womens Day demonstrated the potential of collaboration and diversity to drive innovation and progress in the industry. The event showcased the huge potential AI has to shape our world, while emphasizing the importance of empowering women in technology. The audience got treated to 5 unique demo reveals.

One of the highlights of the event was the unveiling of EMERSA, the world's first AI powered multi-modal web avatar, developed by Martin Krupik and his A-team at BEAMPORT DIGITAL. EMERSA offers a new level of interaction, from helping with privacy needs to completing daily tasks. The way to create a multiverse supported by AI and web3 can make EMERSA the media of the 22nd century and the next 3D browser.

The event featured inspiring presentations from women in technology, including Kate Levchuk, who spoke about transhumanism and the importance of protecting our digital rights. Trish Kane presented her Healerverse, Sherylanne McLeod shared her meditation practice, and Fran presented her YANG (You Are The Next Generation) project focused on digitalising sustainable fashion . Guests were entertained with a special performance by UK hip-hop rapper and actor UNDERWATER KASH and an introduction  by Vassiliy Spazian on a new food delivery service called META FOODS. The event also highlighted the importance of collaboration and diversity to promote innovation and progress in the technology industry. Bryan Yap represented Amata World on behalf of ANA Domina and Hemilly Rodriguez represented LGBTQ startup ByChoice. Sreenivas Bandi from Unifid gave his presentation on the importance of digital identification. His presentation likely provided insights into how digital identification can improve access to financial services, reduce fraud and identity theft, and enable greater trust and security in online transactions.

The Polymuse, an AI music generator developed by Ilya Tolchenov and his team at Delphos, uses AI to create unique music tailored to individual tastes, making it personalized and accessible.

Thomas Poetter presented from Switzerland about PerCon Flow, a new socio-economic model (SEM) that strives to offer in practical ways equal opportunity for all while acknowledging that outcomes are unequal but that a focus on perseverance and conscientiousness (short: PerCon) pursuing long-term goals, ideally in (group) flow state dramatically improves the success probabilities on a personal level. For people who are not very rich, those properties are more promising than grit - based on latest research.

It was refreshing to experience the intersection of art, technology, web3 and innovation, highlighting AI's potential to transform the way we interact with the world around us. By bringing together people from different backgrounds and regions, we can create an inclusive, equal and empowering future for all. As we move forward into a technology-driven future, events like this are critical in exploring the possibilities and implications of these exciting technologies for our society. The DLT Hub event provided insight into the enormous potential AI has to shape our world and the importance of cross-disciplinary collaboration to drive innovation and progress in the technology industry. London has become a hub for innovation and technology, attracting entrepreneurs, investors, and top talent from around the world. It has established itself as one of the most prominent tech cities globally, with a thriving ecosystem that is home to some of the world's leading tech companies, start-ups, and accelerators.
